This was a very informative book! Lots of tips & tricks and really explains and makes you understand various topics, such a weight loss, skin care and so much more! Dr. Michael Roizen was born January 7, 1946 in Buffalo, New York. He is an anesthesiologist and Chair of anesthesiology, critical care, and pain management at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Roizen received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Roizen's interest and research in longevity and nutrition led him to create the "RealAge" concept for which he is well-known. He later began writing the "You" series books with Dr. Mehmet C. Oz which have been New York Times bestsellers. Dr. Roizen has given over 1200 lectures to professional medical groups and can often be seen on the Oprah Winfrey show, Today Show, Good Morning America, and fundraising specials with PBS. His latest book You (Raising Your Child) made the New York Times best seller list for 2010.

Dr. Mehmet C. Oz was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 11, 1960. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He holds a joint MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Wharton School. Dr. Oz is a professor of Cardiac Surgery at Columbia University. He also directs the Heart Assistance Device Program and is founder of the Complementary Medicine Program at New York - Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Oz is the award-winning author of Healing from the Heart. His "You" series books, written with Dr. Michael F. Roizen, have been on the New York Times bestseller list. Dr. Oz can often been seen on the Discovery Channel, the Oprah Winfrey show, and is a regular contributor to the 24/7 XM Satellite Radio: Oprah & Friends channel. Dr. Oz was named Time Magazine's 44th "Most Influential Scientist and Thinker" in 2008. Dr. Oz is married to author and Reiki master, Lisa Oz. They have four children.

MADELYN H. FERNSTROM, PH.D., C.N.S., is the founder and director of The Weight Management Center at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Fernstrom has written 180 articles for scientific publications and edited one book in the areas of neuroscience, endocrinology, and nutrition. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
TED SPIKER, assistant professor of journalism at the University of Florida, is a contributing editor to Men's Health. His work has also appeared in Fortune, InStyle, Sports Illustrated Women, and other publications.

LISA Oz is a housewife living in New Jersey. She also moonlights as a writer, producer and entrepreneur. With her husband, Dr. Mehmet Oz, she has raised four children, coauthored five "New York Times" best-selling books, including "YOU: The Owner's Manual" series, and cohosted a daily radio show on Sirius/XM, yet is somehow unable to organize her closet or stick to a diet.
