Common Divisors. When several numbers are to be divided by the same number, it is profitable to make a table of multiples of the divisor.

If, for example, 8476, 4093, 6298, 7647, 8643, 8786, etc., are all to be divided by 26, the student should make a table of multiples of 26, thus : 26 for by referring to the table of EXAMPLES
