STATE OF FLORIDA EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, The Commissioner appointed under Chapter 6930, Acts of 1915, has reported to me that he has caused to be printed "The Revised General Statutes of Florida," in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6930, Acts of 1915, Chapter 7347, Acts of 1917, and Chapter 7838, Acts of 1919, and that the publication of said work is complete and ready for distribution; AND WHEREAS, The volumes as printed and published, as aforesaid, have been delivered to the Secretary of State of the State of Florida; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CARY A HARDEE, Governor of Florida, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby announce, publish and proclaim that "THE REVISED GENERAL STATUTES OF FLORIDA" have been completed, printed and published in accordance with the said Acts of the Legislature of the State of Florida, and that the volumes so printed and published have been delivered to the Secretary of State of the State of Florida; and that "The Revised General Statutes of Florida," so completed, printed and published, shall go into effect and be operative and in force on the thirtieth day after the date of this proclamation, to-wit, the 6th day of February, 1921.
