A Bishop must be blameless

hath been taught, that he may be able, by found doctrine, both to exhort,"
and to convince the gainfayers. For there are many unruly and vain
talkers and deceivers whofe mouthes must be stopped

fore rebuke them sharply, that they may be found in the Faith.

And the Lord faid unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, even
the Lord that hath chofen Ferufalem, rebuke thee.
