WHITFIELD, C. J. Without reference to the action of the court in regard to the copy of the stenographer's notes, and without reference to the manner of using said copy of notes by some of the witnesses in delivering their testimony, we think their verdict well warranted by the other competent testimony in the case. Affirmed.
