Considering the great disadvantages under which this school has laboured, the attainments and intelligence of the children are very fair. 4. Good. 5. Fair. 6. There is no mistress; she was invalided in October 1850. Since that time there has been much irregularity. The pupil-teachers have been in charge for the greater part of the time.
