Σελίδα 8 - SEC. 19. — -In case there shall be any person on board the vessels mentioned in Section 10, who shall actually be sick with the small-pox, the Health Officer is hereby authorized to require each and every person on board said vessel to be re-vaccinated, if he or she has been previously vaccinated, or to be then and there vaccinated for the first time.
Σελίδα 19 - That any person who shall violate or aid or abet in violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the workhouse of the District of Columbia for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
