Σελίδα 8 - SEC. 19. — -In case there shall be any person on board the vessels mentioned in Section 10, who shall actually be sick with the small-pox, the Health Officer is hereby authorized to require each and every person on board said vessel to be re-vaccinated, if he or she has been previously vaccinated, or to be then and there vaccinated for the first time.
