E it enacted by the Senate and House of Reprefentatives of the United States of America, in Congrefs affembled, That in lieu of the commiffions heretofore by law established, there fhall be allowed to the collectors of the duties of impoft and tonnage, on all monies by them refpectively received on account of the duties aforefaid arising on

To the collectors of the districts of York, Paffamaquoddy, Oxford, Vienna, Nottingham, Hampton, York-town, Dumfries, Foleylanding, Cherryftone, Beaufort, Saint-Mary's, Brunswick and Hardwich, the fum of one hundred and fifty dollars each:

To the collector of the district of PerthAmboy, one hundred and twenty dollars :

To the collectors of the districts of Portf mouth, Vermont, Champlain, Gloucester, Plymouth, Barnstable, Nantucket, Edgar-Town, New-Bedford, Biddeford, Penobscot, Frenchman's-Bay, Machias, Newport, Fairfield, Burlington, Bridgetown, Great Egg-Harbour, Wilmington in Delaware, Snowhill, Kentuc ky, Bermuda-Hundred, Cambden, GeorgeTown in South-Carolina, and Sunbury, the fum of one hundred dollars each:

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That from and after the laft day of March next, in lieu Allowance of the fum heretofore eftablished by law, there to infpec- fhall be paid to each inspector, for every day weighing. he fhall be actually employed in aid of the
