No. 811) for "An act supplemental to Senate bill, No. 18, entitled 'an act to incorporate the Dixon and Quincy Railroad Company."" Which was read a first time, and Ordered to a second reading. On motion of Mr. McManus, The rule was unanimously dispensed with, the bill read a second time, and Ordered to a third reading. Senate bill, No. 811, for "An act supplemental to Senate bill, No. 18, entitled 'an act to incorporate the Dixon and Quincy Railroad Company," was read a third time, And the question being, "Shall this bill pass?" Ordered that the title be as aforesaid, that the Secretary inform the House of Representatives thereof, and ask their concurrence therein.
