AN ACT to amend an act entitled "an act authorizing the county

of Brown to aid in the construction of the Green Bay and Madison railroad.”

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 130 of the general laws of Sec. 6 amended. 1860, entitled “ an act authorizing the county of Brown to aid in the construction of the Green Bay and Madison railroad,” is herby amended by striking out the word “ definite,” in the fifth line of section six.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT to extend the time for the collection of taxes in the towns

of Harris and Newton, in Marquette county.

AN ACT to amend chapter 27 of the general laws of 1861, entitled

"an act to legalize the sale of lands for unpaid taxes in the county of Juneau."

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in sen

ate and assembly, do enact as follows : Ecc. 1 amended." SECTION 1. Section one of chapter 27 of the gener

al laws of 1861, entitled “ an act to legalize the sale of lands for unpaid taxes in the county of Juneau," is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures “ in September, A. D. 1860," where they occur in the second line of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof, “ on the twelfth day of April, A. D. 1859.”

SECTION 2. This act shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage.

Approved January 24, 1862.
