Montgomery-Third Monday in February, the second Monday in June, aad Fourth Monday in November. in Fonda.

Fulton-Third Tuesday in May and last Tuesday in September, in Johnstown. Schenectady Third Monday in April and second Monday in November, in Schenectady.

AND TERMS OF THE

COURTS OF OYER AND TERMINER,

FOR THE YEAR 1853,

IN THE ORDER OF THE TIME OF HOLDING THEM.

*The General Terms are to be held by the justices of the district in which they are to be held. A Court of Oyer and Terminer is to be held at the same time and place with every circuit, except in the city of New York, where the Court of Oyer and Terminer is held with the circuit in the months of April and November only.

Special Terms are to be held at the same time and place with every circuit, except in New York and Erie counties; and also, for motions only, at New York on every Saturday; at Brooklyn, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, and White Plains on the first Monday of every month; at Albany on the last Tuesday of every month; and at Buffalo with the December circuits.
