CORRIGENDA.

Since the publication of Parts one and two of this volume the Court of Appeals has determined appeals from cases therein as follows:

Coleman v. People, Addenda, p. 3: Judgment reversed and new trial ordered.

People v. Canal Board, p. 309: Order granting new trial affirmed, and judgment absolute for defendant.

People ex rel. Church v. Hopkins, p. 195: Order reversed and motion granted.

People ex rel. Williams v. Dayton, Addenda, p. 14: Order of General Term and Special Term reversed, and order for mandamus granted.

Root v. Great Western Railway Co., p. 10: Judgment affirmed.
