[The titles of the acts contained in this compilation are, in this list, printed in italics.] CHAP. 1. An Act to authorize the Commercial Bank of Saratoga Springs to reduce its capital stock. Passed January 29, 1864. CHAP. 2. An Act to amend section three of chapter one hundred and eighty-four of the Laws of 1863, entitled "An act to promote the re-enlistment of volunteers now in the service of the United States, and the enlistment of persons into regiments and corps now in said service and hereafter to be organized," passed April 17, 1863. Passed January 29, 1864; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 3. An Act to amend an act entitled "An Act to incorporate the Protestant Episcopal Tract Society," passed April twentyninth, eighteen hundred sixty-three. Passed February 2, 1864. CHAP. 4. An Act to incorporate "The Roosevelt Hospital," in the city of New York. Passed February 2, 1864; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 5. An Act to release the title and interest of the people of the State of New York in and to certain real estate, to James Kennedy. Passed February 5, 1864; by a two-thirds vote.

CHAP. 6. An Act to release the right, title and interest of the people of the State of New York, of, in and to certain real estate of which Richard Mullen died seized, to Catharine Mullen. Passed February 5, 1864; by a two-thirds vote.

CHAP. 7. An Act to legalize certain ordinances of the Board of Supervisors of the county of New York, and provide for the payment of the bonds therein specified; also to authorize the borrowing of an additional amount of money, for the payment of riot damages and military bounties. Passed February 8, 1864; threefifths being present.

CHAP. 8. An Act to authorize the levying of a tax upon the taxable property of the different counties and towns in this state, to repay moneys borrowed for, or expended in the payment of bounties to volunteers, or for the expenses of their enlistment, or for aid to their families, or to pay any liability incurred therefor, or that may hereafter be incurred, and to amend section 1 of chapter 514 of the Laws of 1863. Passed February 9, 1864; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 9. An Act to perfect an amendment to the Constitution, providing for the vote of electors in the military service of the United States. Passed February 13, 1864; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 10. An Act to authorize the Rochester City Bank to reduce its capital, and for other purposes. Passed February 18, 1864.
