CHAP. 427. An Act to authorize the laying of sidewalks in the streets in the town of White Plains, in the county of Westchester, known as Railroad avenue and Broadway. Passed May 5, 1863; threefifths being present.

CHAP. 428. An Act for the release of the officers of the thirty-seventh regiment, New York State militia, from liability to the State for one hundred and twenty-one muskets stolen from the armory of said regiment, while said regiment was absent from the State, by order of the commander-in-chief. CHAP. 429. An Act to change the name and title of the religious corporation known as "The Trustees of the Presbyterian Church in the town of White Plains, Westchester county," to "The White Plains Presbyterian Church," and for the reorganization thereof. Passed May 5, 1863.
