CHAP. 1. An Act to authorize the city of Syracuse to borrow money and to issue the bonds of the city for the same. Passed January 17, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 15. An Act to provide additional means of relief for the sick and wounded soldiers of the State of New York in the United States service. Passed February 2, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 16. An Act to release to Mary Cunningham, the estate, right, title and interest of the people of the State of New York, of, in and to a certain tract of land situate in the town of Chili, and county of Monroe. Passed February 6, 1865; by a two-thirds vote. CHAP. 17. An Act to confirm and make valid a certain ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of the county of New York, passed June twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to provide for the redemption of the bonds therein specified. CHAP. 18. An Act authorizing the Trustees of the Dryden Cemetery Association to sell and convey, for ordinary purposes, a portion of their lands. Passed February 8, 1865.

CHAP. 29. An Act to provide for filling the quota of men required from this State for the army and navy of the United States, and to repeal section 22 of chapter 8, of the Laws of 1864, and to prohibit any local bounties to volunteers, drafted men or substitutes, and to raise money by an issue of the bonds of the State, and to provide for submitting the question thereon to the people. Passed February 10, 1856; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 37. An Act to extend the time for the collection of taxes in the town of German Flats, in the county of Herkimer, and the town of Lenox, in the county of Madison. Passed February 17, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 39. An Act authorizing the Washington Avenue Baptist Church of the city of Albany to change its name to the Calvary Baptist Church, and to confirm the title to the property thereof in the trustees of said Calvary Baptist Church. Passed February 17, 1865.

CHAP. 40. An Act to amend an act entitled "An act to legalize the resolutions of the Common Council of the city of Brooklyn, approved September tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and September seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and September eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three," passed March seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Passed February 17, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 41. An Act to provide for filling the quota of men required from this state for the army and navy of the United States, and to amend section 22, of chapter 8, of the Laws of 1864, and to regulate local bounties to volunteers, drafted men or substitutes. Passed February 24, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 42. An Act to provide for the payment of interest on bonds authorized to be issued by the supervisors of the county of New York. Passed February 25, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 43. An Act to authorize the manufacture of iron and articles therefrom at Clinton Prison by the State. Passed February 25, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 47. An Act to release to the widow and children of William Purdy, late of the town of Canandaigua, in the county of Ontario, now deceased, the estate, right, title and interest of the people of the State of New York of, in and to a certain tract of land situated in the said town, and to legalize a mortgage made by said Purdy to Hugh McVeigh. Passed February 27, 1865; by a two-thirds vote.

CHAP. 48. An Act to authorize the city of Poughkeepsie to borrow money to pay the indebtedness incurred, principal and interest, by said city, in borrowing money to pay certain bounties to soldiers, authorized by the Mayor and Common Council of said city, under the call of the President, of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Passed February 27, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 49. An Act providing means to the Flatbush Fire Company to pay the balance due for their building and other property. Passed February 27, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP 50. An Act to enable the trustee for the stockholders and creditors of "The President, Directors and Company of the Bank of Albany," and, the Receiver of the Bank of Albany, to apply and dispose of the property and funds yet remaining under such trust, and to close up such trust. Passed February 27, 1865. CHAP. 51. An Act making appropriations for the payment of the principal and interest of the canal debt commencing on the first day of October 1865; to pay the sinking fund under section two, of article seven of the Constitution, a portion of the deferred payments that have occurred in consequence of failure of revenue. Passed February 27, 1865; three-fifths being present.

CHAP. 52. An Act to enable the trustees of the Seamen's fund and retreat in the city of New York to borrow money. Passed February 27, 1865.

CHAP. 53. An Act in relation to the temporary relief of the poor in the town of Saratoga Springs, in the County of Saratoga. Passed February 27, 1865; three-fifths being present.
