УелЯдб 17 - Multiply the first and second terms together, and divide the product by the third ; the quotient will be the answer in the same denomination as the middle term was reduced into.
УелЯдб 9 - Rule. at the right hand, add up all the columns of numbers as in integers; and point off as many places for decimals, as are in the greatest number of decimal places in any of the lines that are added ; or place the point directly below all the other points.
УелЯдб 11 - REDUCTION OF DECIMALS. CASE I. To reduce a Vulgar Fraction to its equivalent Decimal. RULE. Annex cyphers to the numerator, and divide by the denominator ; and the quotient will be the decimal required.
