abandoning all known sin, and then proceed to those degrees of piety, mortification, and self-denial, he here meets with, as he finds he is able, and that he try the strength of his shoulders before he too much increases the burthen. So shall there be joy in the presence of the angels of God, and of the spirit of this young man, among those of other just men made perfect, and some addition even to the happiness of heaven.
