Vigo Superior Court.

An Act to establish a Superior Court in the county of Vigo,
defining its authority and jurisdiction, providing for the
election and compensation of the Judge thereof, and pro-
viding for a vacancy in the office of Judge of said court,
and to abolish the Criminal Court of said county, to take
effect on the third Monday in November, A. D. 1882, and
to transfer the business thereof to the Circuit Court thereof,
at said date, and declaring an emergency. Approved April
8, 1881.....

Cass Superior Court.

An Act to repeal an act entitled "An act to establish a Su-
perior Court in the County of Cass, defining its jurisdiction,
and providing for the election anb compensation of the
Judge thereof, and other matters connected therewith, and
declaring an emergency," approved March 3, 1877, pro-
viding for the transfer of all business, books and papers of
such Superior Court. Approved April 2, 1881....

Commissioners Pay Grand Jurors.

An Act to empower Boards of Commissioners of counties in
which Criminal Circuit Courts are established, to make ap-
propriations out of the county treasuries for the relief of
the grand jurors of such courts in certain cases. Approved

Loaning Common School Fund.

An Act concerning the loaning of the common school fund,
and the congressional township school fund. Approved
April 14, 1881.....

County Commissioners, etc.-Elections.

An Act to amend section eight of the act entitled "An act to
prescribe certain powers, and duties of County Commis-
sioners, Township Trustees, City Councils, and Trustees of
towns, in relation to elections; also prescribing certain
powers and duties of inspectors and judges of elections,
and penalties for frauds in the performance of their official
duties; to prevent illegal and fraudulent voting; pre-
scribing penalties for the violation of this act," and repeal-
ing an act entitled "An act repealing sections two, three,
four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thir-
teen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, nineteen, twenty,
twenty-one and twenty-two, of an act entitled 'An act to
provide for the registry of voters, and to declare their
residence, and to punish fraudulent practices touching
elections, and defining the duties of certain officers therein
named, and the form of the ballots, and providing com-
pensation for the services of such officers, approved March
II, 1867; and prescribing further duties of the officers of
election, and providing for the appointment of the neces-
sary officers and clerks for holding such elections ;'" ap-
proved May 13, 1869; approved March 14, 1877, and de-
