B. the plaintiff above named, that the sum of cash in the bank, standing in the name of the assistant register of this court, in trust in this cause, may be laid out and invested in bank stock, in the name and with the privity of the said assistant register, subject to the further orders of this court, and that the late receiver of the rents and profits of the estates in question in this cause, may pay into the bank, in the name of the said assistant register, in trust in this cause, the sum of being the balance in his hands upon the foot of his last account;

and, that the same, when so paid in, may be laid out and invested in like stock, and that a new receiver may be appointed, to get all the arrears of rent, and from the several tenants of the premises.
