The first Board members of Railroad Commissioners shall be composed of the following persons, namely: B. T. Stanton of Gallatin County; Nathan Godfrey of Lewis and Clark County and E. A. Morley of named Silver Bow County. Commis- The persons named herein as commissioners shall serve Term of office until the first Monday of January, 1909, or until their succes sors are elected and qualified. At the general election to be held in November, 1908, there shall be elected three commis sioners for said Board; one for a term of two years; one for a Election term of four years, and one for a term of six years, and until their successors are elected and qualified.
