Multiply each numerator into all the denominators but its own for a new numerator. 2. Multiply all the denominators for a new denominator." The least common denominator is not mentioned, although it would be very useful in the examples he gives. Pike and Daboll give in addition the method for reducing to a least common denominator. Dilworth does not solve an example or illustrate...
