On motion of Mr. Plumer, Ordered, that the clerk be directed to procure fifty copies to be printed of the rules of the Senate, of the joint rules of the two Houses, the names of the members, of the standing committees of the Senate, the joint standing committees, and of the Constitution of the State, for the use of the Senate. Nathaniel Bouton chaplain of the Legislature, in which they request the concurrence of the Senate. And he withdrew. Also a resolution, instructing the joint committee on the State Library, to inquire into the expediency of removing the Library to the lower room under the Senate chamber, in which they request the concurrence of the Senate.
