On motion of Mr. Aspinwall, the Secretary was instructed to notify the House of Representatives that the Senate was ready to adjourn sine die.

At 11:50 o'clock p. m. the Secretary reported that he had notified the House of Representatives that the Senate was ready to adjourn sine die.

On motion of Mr. Baxter, it was ordered that the journal of today's proceedings stand approved.

At 11:55 o'clock p. m., on motion of Mr. Dunlap, the Senate adjourned,

And the President of the Senate declared the Senate of the Forty-first General Assembly adjourned sine die.
