THE Real Property Statutes PASSED IN THE REIGNS OF KING WILLIAM IV. AND QUEEN VICTORIA, INCLUDING PRESCRIPTION-LIMITATION OF ACTIONS-ABOLITION OF FINES, LEONARD SHELFORD, ESQ., OF THE MIDDLE TEMPLE, BARRISTER AT LAW. いく 3165 E56 LONDON: H. SWEET, W. MAXWELL, AND STEVENS & NORTON, HODGES, SMITH AND CO., GRAFTON STREET, DUBLIN. ADVERTISEMENT ΤΟ THE SIXTH EDITION. THIS Edition contains Notes of the Decisions which have been reported on the Statutes comprised in this Work since the publication of the last Edition. The Act for the Amendment of the Laws respecting Wills is included in this Work for the first time, with Notes of the decisions thereon. Several new Statutes are introduced, including the Act just passed for facilitating Leases and Sales of settled Estates. The Mercantile Law Amendment Act, 1856, contains some important provisions in reference to the Statutes of Limitations (a), which are added. Although the present Edition does not much exceed in bulk the former Edition, the new matter introduced is very considerable and important, and supplies the place of some subjects of less general interest, which have been omitted in order to keep the Work within a reasonable compass. 3 BRICK COURT, Temple, August, 1856.
