WHEREAS, It is the wish of the stockholders of the Lexington and Ohio Railroad Company, as expressed by a resolution, passed by them at their meeting on the 20th day of November, 1837, that application be made to the Legislature for certain modifications of their charter-therefore, SEC. 1.
