THESE Solutions are intended as an aid to Students in these subjects preparing for entrance into Woolwich, Cooper's Hill, and the Army, as they shew, as far as possible, the most suitable form of proof for the different examples.

In the case of some of the simpler questions, the results only are stated.

Where the adoption of a uniform TextBook has been thought probable, the articles in which the various pieces of book-work are to be found are stated.
