Chap. 1.

AN ACT to amend chapter seven hundred and sixty of the laws of eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, as amended, entitled "An act to revise the charter of the city of Watertown," in relation to extending the time for the payment of taxes.

Became a law January 27, 1914, with the approval of the Governor. Passed, three-fifths being present.

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:

Section 1. Section one hundred and seventy-eight of chapter L. 1897, seven hundred and sixty of the laws of eighteen hundred and 178 ninety-seven, entitled "An act to revise the charter of the city of Watertown," is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 178.
