This impression has received several valuable additio under the general head of Exchange, including the enis ing exchange with Antwerp, Trieste, Genoa, Venic Barcelona, and Palermo in Sicily, and many useful rule under each of these particular heads. A new subject i likewise added, entitled arbitration or exchange, ' the importance of which will easily be seen by Merchant whose remittances may travel-through several countrie and be liable to the rates of Exchange in each.
