Cap. 2. For impowering his Majefty to apprehend and detain fuch perfons as he fhall find just cause to suspect are conspiring against the government.

Cap. 3. For the granting a present aid to their Majefties. Cap. 4. For reviving of actions and process lately depending in the courts at Westminster, and difcontinued by the not holding of Hilary term, and for fupplying other defects relating to proceedings at law.
