P. 26, for Bye-Law 27 substitute the following: "The Registrar shall be ordinarily appointed by the Senate at an Ordinary Annual Meeting except when a vacancy occurs between two such Meetings, when he may be appointed at any other Meeting of the Senate. His term of office shall be two years, provided that when he is elected at any Meeting of the Senate other than the Ordinary Annual Meeting, he shall hold office till the second Ordinary Annual Meeting after such election." P. 37, at the beginning of the regulations relating to the University School Final Examination insert the following N.B. : "N.B.-The University School Final Examination under the old rules will not be held after the year 1902." P. 39, in line 6 of the footnote add the words "Indian edition" after the words "Commercial Correspondence by Mr. John Adam, M.A.” P. 69, under the heading "IV.—Mathematics N.B.: insert the following "N.B.-The Examination in this branch under the old rules will be held until the year 1903." P. 70, under the heading "V.-Experimental Physics (Four Papers and Two Practical Examinations)" insert the following N.B. : "N.B.-The Examination in Physics and Chemistry under the old rules will be held until the year 1902.❞ University School P. 110, omit the whole of the paragraph headed " "To pass the Examination the Candidate must obtain one-third of the full marks in each of the necessary subjects, one-fourth of the full marks in each subject of the optional group, and a total of 250. A Candidate who takes up Group E must obtain one-fourth of the full marks in Practical Carpentry.
