3. A dealer sells Ceylon tea at 68¢ a pound, and 5-pound tins at $3.14. If two families want 2} lb. each, how much will each save if they buy a tin and divide it?

4. A dealer sells coffee in half-pound bags at 176, and in 5-pound cans at $1.64. If a woman wishes 5 lb., how much does she save by purchasing it by the can?
