On the further motion of Mr. Watson, Rule 14 was suspended as to this bill, And, on his further motion, the bill was read a second time by its title, And further, on his motion, was referred to the Committee on Corporations. On motion of Mr. Williams, the bill (H. B. No. 396) entitled "An act proposing an amendment to the Constitution of this State,' Was read. On motion of Mr. Williams, the bill (H. B. No. 285) entitled "An act to reincorporate the Law Library Association of New Castle county,' Was read a second time by its title, And, on his further motion, was referred to the Committee on Corporations. Mr. Layton, Clerk of the House, being admitted, returned to the Senate, the same having been signed by the Speakers of the two Houses, the duly and correctly enrolled bill (S. B. No. 131) entitled "An act for the relief of Mary R. L. Withers." Mr. Watson, from the Committee on Corporations, reported back, with favorable recommendation, the bill (S. B. No. 99) entitled "An act to incorporate the Masonic Hall Company, of Milford, Delaware." On motion of Mr. Pyle, the bill just reported was taken up for consideration, And, on his further motion, was read a third time, by paragraphs, in order to pass the Senate. On the question, "Shall this bill pass the Senate?" The yeas and nays were ordered, which, being taken, were as follows: Yeas-Messrs. Lacey, McMullin, Pilling, Pyle, Ross, Watson and Williams-7.
