I have the honor to tender my resignation of the office of Reporter of the Decisions of the Court, to take effect on the publication of Volume 107 U. S.

ORDER. Mr. William T. Otto having resigned the office of Reporter of the Decisions of this Court, Mr. J. C. Bancroft Davis is appointed in his place. Mr. Davis is charged with the duty of reporting the decisions of the present term from the beginning, and those of the last term not included in the volumes already published by Mr. Otto.
