In accordance with the requirements of the Constitution, the Assembly was called to order this day at twelve o'clock, M., by James M. Anderson, late Chief Clerk. On motion of Mr. Irwin, Mr. Brent was chosen Speaker, pro tem. The Clerk proceeded to call the roll, and the following named members appeared and were qualified by Judge A. C. Monson, viz: Messrs.
